Prepares and serves therapeutic diets for patient meals and nourishment, ensures compliance to diet orders, and generally supports the food service activities.

**Required Qualifications:**



+ Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority.



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ Coursework/Training in quantity food preparation.

+ 6 months of Institutional food service experience.
