Rolling Pin Bakery, Located at Hope, BC looking to hire Full time & Permanent Food Service Manager.
The person should have some high school diploma along with relevant minimum 2-3 years of work experience and passion to succeed in the food service industry.
The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:
Evaluate daily operations
Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
Plan and organize daily operations
Set staff work schedules
Train staff
Cost products and services
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
We pay competitive wages $27.69 to $40.00 /Hour. We offer excellent and career growth for the management positions within the organization.
