Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day food service operation, delegate tasks, motivate, and coach staff.
• Oversee operational flow on the floor and address staff and operational concerns.
• Direct food production planning, waste management, record keeping, and follow‑up.
• Ensure food safety standards and HACCP compliance at all times.
• Proactively manage food and labour cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and orient staff.
• Schedule staff and fill shifts as needed.
• Supervise cash handling procedures such as balance cash float, safe, and deposits.
