Job Description
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or store operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day food service operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Supervise and guide store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Manage inventory, supplies, and daily sales reports.
Coordinate staff schedules and ensure proper manpower allocation.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Implement company policies, standard operating procedures, and service guidelines.
