Food Service Supervisor

To supervise the food and beverage service of all service attendant staff in a specified area of the outlet and in a manner consistent with Sodexo standards.

Key Result Areas:

· To ensure team adheres to SODEXO WAY Service standards through training and role modeling

· To report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.

· To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

· To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene at all times.

· To ensure work performance of service attendant staff are according to Sodexo standards.

· To monitor staff on careful used of equipment.

· To participate and contribute in continual improvement process through waste reduction, revenue enhancement, increased customer and staff satisfaction and improved workplace health & safety.
