The cafeterias are in operation during the academic year (September -June) annually and the shift is anticipated to be 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Key Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position encompass duties for assisting the Food Service Manager with managing inventory and daily food service in the two (2) CFIS cafeterias and catering of CFIS events:Ensure compliance with AHS health and safety regulations and food service standards.Assist in the development and maintenance of recipe binders in coordination with the Cooks.Assist in preparing daily pre-order lists, calculating quantities based on meal counts, and aligning with supplier packaging.Assist with inventory tracking.Coordinate the full organization of monthly Pizza Days, including:determining order numbers,preparing distribution lists, andproviding communication with volunteers.Organ...
