Food Services Manager

The Keg Sudbury is looking for a Full-Time Food Services Manager (NOC 60030)! This is a full-time, permanent position, working 30 hours per week.

Job Description

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the food services operations of the Keg Sudbury
• Develop, implement, and oversee kitchen procedures, menu planning, and food preparation methods in alignment with budgetary, nutritional, and quality standards
• Coordinate and supervise the work of kitchen and dining room staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service
• Hire, train, and manage food service and kitchen staff
• Monitor inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, placing orders and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment
