Tim Hortons 2974 – Orchard Park Mall is looking for a Full-Time Food Services Manager (NOC 60030) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position with minimum 30 hours per week.

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Tim Hortons location, ensuring efficient service and a positive customer experience.
• Implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Recruit, hire, and provide training for new team members.
• Create staff schedules and monitor employee performance, ensuring optimal productivity and excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, track sales, and adjust procedures and pricing as needed to meet business goals and customer demand.
