Responsibilities

• Manage food service operations and ensure compliance with Navy health and safety regulations.
• Oversee daily food preparation, kitchen sanitation, and supply chain processes.
• Maintain and audit the Navy accounting system for food service budgeting and cost control.
• Implement training programs for staff on food safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in Navy food service management and the Navy accounting system.
• At least one year of formal education in food service preparation.
• Formal training in sanitation (e.g., HACCP, SQF, or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
