The Role

You will manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare tasty homestyle meals for 68 plus residents in our residential care and independent living units. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the kitchen and service, including budgeting, planning, ordering, preparing, cooking, and serving meals. This is a client-driven role, where you enjoy serving wholesome home cooking and baking.

Hours

This is a part-time permanent position with a fortnightly rotating roster:

Week one- 38 hours per week

• Monday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: 8.5hrs/day, 0630–1600hrs (60‑minute unpaid meal break)
• Tuesday: 4hrs/day, 0900–1300hrs

Week two- 32 hours per week
