The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE) for the full food service contract, providing technical leadership and surveillance over all Appropriated Fund (APF) contracted food service activities. Responsibilities Performs as the Food Service Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE) for the Food Service operations. Maintains administrative and operational records of the Food Service Branch. Serves as an active member of the base menu planning board. Coordinates with various personnel to accomplish food service work.
