Food technologist intern

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support the New Product Development (NPD) function across both FMCG and Fruits & Vegetables (Fn V) categories. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end product development processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the NPD team in managing ongoing projects across FMCG and Fn V categories
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Quality, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain
Assist in maintaining documentation, product specifications, and project trackers
Support sample coordination, vendor follow-ups, and internal reviews
Compile data, prepare presentations, and assist in project reporting
Help streamline day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow within the NPD function
