Food Technologist

Responsibilities :

• Continuously develop and enhance range of food products to meet customer's changing needs to taste.
• Provide support in all labeling matters pertaining to nutrition aspect.
• Perform experiments/testing on product stability, shelf-life evaluation and any other test as required.
• Perform quality measurements such as PH stability, viscosity test & any other test as recommended on every batch of products.
• Provide test reports and discuss findings with MD and other relevant persons.
• Responsible for quality inspection on all incoming raw material to meet our requirement before sending to production.
• Observation on raw material handling during production to spot and correct any hazardous practice.
• Perform quality checks on outgoing product so as to ensure conformance to the quality system or customer specified requirement.
