Food Technologist

Our Client:

• Frozen Food Manufacturing
• 5.5 Days, Office Hours
• Pandan Loop
• Basic up $3200 + VB

Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement and cost control
• Lead new product R&D, including food tasting, testing, and quality evaluation
• Manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency, hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Supervise and lead production staff, optimising workflow and performance
• Handle stock control, regulatory compliance, and overall workplace safety

Requirements:

• Min NITEC in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent discipline
• Min 1 year of experience in food manufacturing environment
• Knowledge with ISO 22000 is a MUST
• Only Singaporean may apply
