Food Technology Manager - UAE Based

We are partnering with a leading Catering Company in the UAE that is seeking an experienced Food Technology Manager to strengthen their technical leadership team.

This role will lead the design, development, and optimization of food processing technologies and systems across the business. The successful candidate will drive improvements in product quality, food safety, and manufacturing efficiency while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

You will oversee the scale‑up of processes from pilot to commercial production, implement and monitor food safety and quality standards, manage and mentor a team of food technologists, and contribute to budget planning and cost‑control initiatives.
