Job Description

We are looking for a FOPS Lead for one of our clients with the following details:
Location: Doha, Qatar
Start Date: Jan-2026
End Date: Dec-2027
Work status: ONSHORE/OFFSHORE, residential- single status
Qualification and Experience Required: 
10+yrs in similar roles within the oil and gas industry
Proven track record working both with design consultancies and operating companies
Strong background in oil and gas production, with hands-on expertise in process engineering
Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
Deep understanding of production systems and operational workflows
Extensive experience in designing offshore top-side process facilities
Solid grasp of flow assurance principles and their practical applications
Proficient in process simulation tools, particularly Aspen HYSYS
