• Must have completed at least 2 years in college (strict requirement)
• College Graduates are welcome
• No BPO experience required – Fresh grads or career shifters are welcome

Job Responsibilities:

• Supports our postpaid customers with basic billing inquiry, credit card payments, payment arrangements, account restoral, payment investigations, and deep assessment of the customer's account to provide the best option for customer to be up to date and support them with basic client care inquiries via the phone.
