The Role

As a Ford Master Technician, you'll be the technical backbone of the workshop:

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Lead advanced diagnostics and support junior technicians
• Ensure all work meets
  Ford factory standards
  and safety requirements
• Use the latest Ford diagnostic tools and technology
• Contribute to continuous improvement in workshop efficiency and quality
