Job Description
Dive into demand forecasting with IEM as a Forecast Analyst. Utilize your expertise to refine forecasts and ensure the accuracy of demand signals in a collaborative environment.
As a Forecast Analyst, you'll directly support the Demand Planning Manager by producing customer-specific and product-level forecasts using advanced tools. Engage with the Sales team to gather insights and participate in demand review processes. Your role will also involve monitoring forecast accuracy and generating reports that communicate KPI performance clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop statistical forecasts for products
• Collaborate with Sales to gather insightful market data
• Prepare documentation for monthly S&OP reviews
• Analyze forecast accuracy and bias for improvements
• Sustain demand data integrity in ERP systems
