As a key strategic and analytical lead in this initiative, you will drive this evolution by designing, coordinating, and implementing innovative tools and processes. You will scale new staffing frameworks that impact rider satisfaction, our primary operational investment, and the company's most significant cost center, ensuring our logistics network remains fair and efficient across all regions.
