Job Description
Summary Located in the Bureau of Economic, Energy and Business Affairs, Division of Energy and Critical Minerals, Office of Energy Supply Chains (EEB/ECM/ESC). EEB/ESC leads the Department's efforts to increase U.S. energy exports, secure foreign energy markets, and bolster U.S. critical mineral supply chain security through diplomatic, technical, and programmatic engagement. Responsibilities Monitors developing energy and economic situations or issues of administrative management as reported or identified in the various notifications received. Drafts communication of U.S. policy developments and guidance to U.S. mission personnel. Monitors energy, economic, and other significant developments and trends to gauge the effectiveness of efforts to achieve U.S. foreign policy objectives in the assigned area(s).
