Foreign Exhange

I. Policy & Regulatory Oversight

• Track updates in both local and international foreign exchange regulations and interpret their impact on company operations.
• Develop, refine, and implement internal controls and workflow procedures related to FX activities and cross-border RMB transactions.

II. Foreign Exchange Risk Control

• Identify areas of exposure to FX fluctuations and monitor the company's foreign exchange gains and losses.
• Design short-, mid-, and long-term FX risk mitigation plans, including establishing risk thresholds and stop-loss mechanisms.
• Enhance FX positions by applying appropriate hedging tools such as forward contracts and swap instruments.

III. Treasury & FX Operations

• Handle day-to-day treasury functions such as opening FX bank accounts, completing FX settlements, processing sales transactions, and facilitating cross-border remittances.
