Foreign Trade Assistant

Join Mywisehome Sdn Bhd as a full-time Foreign Trade Assistant based in Taiping, Perak. In this role, you will provide critical administrative and support functions to the foreign trade operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the Chairman in daily communication with foreign trade customers, including email correspondence, information collection, and follow-up on customer requests.
• Support the preparation of quotations, product information, sample arrangements, and related documents for overseas customers.
• Follow up on customer orders, coordinate with internal departments (production, procurement, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order execution and on-time shipment.
• Assist in preparing and checking export documents such as invoices, packing lists, and other related paperwork.
