Job Description

The Foreign Trade Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating international import and export operations of raw materials and finished products for a global company in the packaging sector. This role ensures the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of all cross-border logistics processes in a high-volume and complex international environment.

Key duties include managing relationships with freight forwarders (DHL, DSV, TIBA, Kuehne + Nagel), customs brokers, and internal teams to guarantee timely and compliant shipments. The coordinator supervises logistics documentation, verifies tax and tariff calculations, monitors performance indicators, and ensures full adherence to international trade programs such as IMEX and T-MEC.
