The Foreign Trade & Customs Specialist

Manages and ensures full compliance with Mexican foreign trade regulations and customs processes. Oversees the company’s import and export operations under the IMMEX program, ensuring legal compliance, operational continuity, and effective coordination with customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Mexican Customs Law (Ley Aduanera), Foreign Trade Law, and applicable regulations.
• Manage and ensure compliance with IMMEX program requirements.
• Monitor and interpret changes in foreign trade regulations, including SAT, Secretaría de Economía, and customs authorities.
• Ensure compliance with USMCA (T-MEC) requirements when applicable.
