Foreign Trade Zone Compliance Specialist

Arvato is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Compliance Specialist to support our Foreign-Trade Zone operations. The role will be responsible for preparing and submitting required Customs documentation, ensuring compliance with FTZ regulations, and partnering closely with internal teams and warehouse personnel to maintain accurate reporting and inventory control. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of FTZ processes, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

YOUR TASKS

• Prepare and file daily admission forms (pre-214 & concurrence).
• Completion and submission of required Customs forms 3461, 7501, and 7512.
• Coordinate in-bond movements from port and arrival of in-bonds.
