As the face of our company it is essential that our Foreman are experienced, reliable, safety orientated and have exceptional attention to detail.

A foreman should have a minimum of 5 years scaffolding experience and 2 years Foreman experience. The ability to supervise/manage crews, provide direction and assign daily tasks is essential. The foreman is required to conduct daily toolbox/safety meetings and uphold the stringent safety standards that have been implemented by the owner. Builds must be completed safely, on budget, on time and to spec. Excellent time management skills are required.

Our Foreman must possess the ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems before they become major issues. Regular correspondence with the owner requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
