Foreman (Ductwork)

Job Summary:

As Foreman, you will lead field crews in the installation, servicing, and repair of HVAC systems, ductwork, and mechanical equipment. You'll ensure projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to quality standards. This role combines hands-on work, team leadership, and project coordination within a dynamic trade environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise, coach, and mentor HVAC technicians, journeymen, apprentices, and helpers.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to meet project timelines.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and high workmanship standards.

Project Coordination

• Interpret blueprints, job plans, and technical specifications for field crews.
• Schedule materials, tools, and manpower to meet project needs.
