Mission Statement

To realize production and maintenance activities with minimum cost and maximum efficiency in line with 
production plan and in accordance with quality, manufacturing and occupational safety standards. 

Main Responsibilities

1-Lead operator and qualified operator's development and trainings on quality,H&S, operation procedures and 
instructions. Assess development areas and training needs.
2-To make the daily work distribution of the operators to realize the demands from the production planning.
3-Ensure that the machine, process and quality assurance work instructions and procedures are followed for 
quality and efficient production
4-Manage the product changes according to the procedures.
5-Perform daily, monthly and yearly maintenance of the production lines, solve the breakdowns and record 
them in accordance with the related procedures.
