Foreman – Infrastructure (Water & Sewer)

Thompson Construction Group is seeking an experienced Foreman to support our Infrastructure division’s land development and subdivision projects. This role is primarily focused on the installation of water, sanitary, and storm systems as part of underground utility and horizontal civil works.

Reporting to a Site Superintendent, the Water & Sewer Foreman is responsible for leading field crews, coordinating daily activities, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project drawings, municipal standards, and company expectations. A large portion of our work is located within the Edmonton area.
