About the role

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our growing construction team at WRN Health Incorporated. As Foreman, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and within set timelines. This is a full-time position based in Davao City, Davao del Sur.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
• Must have demonstrated experience supervising teams of 11-20 workers or more
• Monitoring work progress and quality, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
• Interpreting blueprints and technical specifications to guide the team
