Foreman

Job Specification:

• Assists the Project Engineer in supervising the ongoing activities in the area,
• Coordinates and oversees various road construction, repair and rebuilding projects such as paving, patching, and erosion control,
• Establishes work zones and traffic control for employees and public safety,
• Accountable for ensuring that the completed work meets standards and for recommending work processes that will improve productivity and product quality,
• Supervise personnel to obtain top quality workmanship, efficiency, employee satisfaction and morale. Ensure proper safety procedures are followed.
• Willing to be assigned in Davao region project sites.
