foreman /mechanic(motorcycle)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for troubleshooting, repair jobs, motorcycle servicing and modification to meet customer requirements in relations to service and repair SOP.

2. To support related field activities and others support/special task.

3. Work with customers to understand their concerns and properly diagnose the issue.

4. Work with customers to understand their concerns and properly diagnose the issue.

5. Conduct motorcycle inspections and alert customers on the issues.

6. Ensure proper care of customer vehicle and belongings.

7. Comply with workshop safety standards.

8. Other duties assigned by Supervisor or Management team from time to time.

REQUIREMENT:

1. SPMV /SKM /TVET certificate in technology motorcycle OR minimum 1 year working experience in the automotive field.
