Great News Phela Grande Hotel, Inc. is looking for Foreman that will supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensure safety standards, and make sure projects are completed efficiently, and according to specifications. If you are type of person who likes to keep the crew aligned and the worksite running smoothly, we'd love to meet you

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily construction or maintenance activities at the job site.
• Assign tasks, supervise workers, and ensure all safety regulations are being followed.
• Inspect work progress and ensure standards and timelines are met.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed on-site.
• Resolve on-site issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with engineers or supervisors.
