Job Summary:
The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and schedules.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide workers and skilled laborers on site
• Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress
• Ensure work follows approved plans, drawings, and specifications
• Enforce safety rules and proper use of tools and equipment
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Manager
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and workmanship of workers
• Report site issues, delays, and material needs
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site cleanliness
