Job Description

  1. Supervise daily site operations for prefabricated structure installation
  2. Lead and coordinate construction workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators
  3. Interpret and execute work based on technical drawings and specifications
  4. Ensure proper assembly, alignment, and structural integrity of prefabricated components
  5. Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager
  6. Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox meetings
  7. Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project standards
  8. Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site
  9. Resolve on-site issues and recommend corrective actions
  10. Maintain accurate site documentation and reports
