The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily site activities to ensure that construction work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved plans, schedules, and company standards. He oversees workers, assigns tasks, monitors work progress, and ensures proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on site.

Duties and Responsibilities
