Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Foreman / Safety Officer to oversee solar installation projects, ensuring operational efficiency and strict compliance with safety standards. The role combines site supervision with proactive safety enforcement to guarantee a secure and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities for solar installation projects.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard assessments specific to solar installation work.
• Prepare and submit accurate safety reports and documentation.
