Job Description
Oversee daily operations on the construction site and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate and supervise the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
Inspect work progress and report on project status to management.
Ensure all materials and equipment are available and properly utilized on-site.
Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction projects to meet deadlines.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience Level: No previous experience required, but relevant training/education preferred
Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of construction practices and safety regulations
Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team
Working Conditions: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
