Forklift Cross-Dock Operations

ABL Employment is hiring skilled Forklift Operators for cross-dock operations in Mississauga. You’ll play a key role in the safe and accurate movement of freight on the dock while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

–Operate forklifts to load/unload and stage freight (Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Walkie).

– Perform scanning to ensure accurate freight tracking and placement.

– Identify and report unsafe or non-compliant freight to supervisors.

– Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following all dock safety protocols.

– Collaborate with the team to meet service and operational targets.

Qualifications:

– Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Walkie).

– Must have cross-dock experience only (warehouse-only experience not accepted).

– Clean CRC (Criminal Record Check).
