Forklift Operator

Operates reach trucks to transport, elevate, and store frozen and chilled merchandise in a temperature-regulated warehouse. Ensures precise rack placement, damage-free handling, and smooth product flow while following storage, safety, and operational standards.

Primary Accountabilities:

• Maneuver products for receiving and dispatch, including vertical storage in racking systems
• Ensure correct slotting and stable stacking of pallets in high-bay racks
• Complete pre-shift equipment safety and functionality assessments
• Apply inventory rotation rules (FIFO/FEFO/FEFO) during product movement
• Keep storage labels, pallet IDs, and location data accurate and visible
• Support physical inventory counts and stock movement validation
• Comply with cold-area PPE, safety rules, and facility cleanliness guidelines
