Forklift Service Technician

Our client is a market leader in new and used materials handling, construction, and environmental equipment, with a strong national presence across 18 branches throughout New Zealand.

Due to continued growth, their Dunedin branch is seeking an experienced Technician / Mechanic to join the team. This role will see you working primarily on forklifts , both in the workshop and out in the field across the Dunedin region.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Major overhauls and refurbishments
• Preparing new and used equipment for delivery
• Warranty repairs
• Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service

This is a hands‑on role offering plenty of variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with modern equipment.
