Job Description
Job Summary: Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stack materials in the warehouse and production areas Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report maintenance needs Ensure compliance with safety regulations (company policy & OSHA guidelines) Assist in inventory management: verify stock, report discrepancies or damages, and participate in inventory counts Coordinate with warehouse team, truck drivers, and other staff to maintain smooth material flow Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid forklift operator certification 1+ years experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment Proven track record of safe and responsible equipment operation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Strong spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
