Job Description

The Yard Team Lead plays a critical role in the success of our yard operations, acting as the right hand to the Yard Supervisor and a key leader on the ground. This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll be actively involved in daily operations—operating equipment, supporting the team, and ensuring the yard runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
