Job Summary

The R&D Formulator (chemist) is responsible for the formulation, development, and improvement of beauty and personal care products such as shampoo, lotion, conditioner, perfume, and other cosmetic items. This role involves hands‑on laboratory work, product testing, and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards from concept to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and develop new beauty and personal care products such as shampoo, lotion, conditioner, perfume, and related cosmetic items .
• Mix and test chemicals to achieve desired texture, stability, fragrance, and effectiveness.
