Formulation Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a Formulation Specialist / R&D Officer to lead the development and improvement of product formulations in the FMCG or non-food industry , based in Manila . This role is responsible for researching ingredients, testing formulations, ensuring product stability and compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams from concept to commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize formulations for new and existing products based on performance, cost, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct laboratory testing, stability studies, and sensory evaluations.
• Source and evaluate raw materials in coordination with the purchasing and QA teams.
• Work closely with marketing, production, and QA teams to align product specs and timelines.
