Job Description
Our Client, a Business Solutions company, is looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer for their Memphis, TN/ Remote location. Responsibilities:
+ Work directly with customers to architect, deploy, and improve cutting-edge AI Agents.
+ Build tools to tune LLM-based features, deploy agents, MCP and RAG in production.
+ Take end-to-end ownership over delivering exceptional customer experiences.
+ Collaborate with developers, QA, project teams, and customers to ensure our implementations exceed expectations.
+ Work as an integrated member of a fully remote, cross-functional Agile team in the Transformation organization.
+ Own the integration of Conversational AI solution, including speccing and designing.
+ Working with our internal tools and processes for creating AI Agents.
+ Participate in regular on-call rotations to support our systems.
+ Minimal travel required.
