Forwarding Clerk

What is the requirement & what you will do:

• Assist in export and import documentation & submission of statutory requirement, port clearance.
• Ensure that the jobs are carried out efficiently through close monitoring and follow up with declaration section, loading section, haulage section, general transport, warehouse section and shipping agent.
• Responsible to identify custom tariff code, update the system on each job work flow, submit job for closing once job completed.
• Assist in declaration for all K1,K2,K4,K8,K9 and ZB1, ZB2. And EDI & DG online system.
• To ensure data, records and filling are kept up to date.
• Perform any other job as assigned by Superior time to time.
