How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

Pilot Selection interviewers support Flight Operations goal of hiring talented and qualified candidates for a pilot position. Interviewers will work in teams to interview and assess if a candidate meets Delta’s rigorous standards for employment.

**Commitment:**

+ Expect to spend 3 - 8 days per month conducting interviews. In some cases, these may be short notice assignments
+ All interviews are conducted in ATL at the General Offices
+ This role works on an as needed basis, this is a part-time position

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
+ Current or previous Delta Pilot
