Build the operational foundation that lets founders focus on what matters
As our first business hire, you'll work directly with the founding team to build the systems and processes that let us move faster. You'll jump between finance, recruiting, investor relations, operations, and early commercial support — whatever is most urgent.
Some days will be strategic. Many will be scrappy. All of them will matter.
What you'll do
Operations: Build the foundation for finance, reporting, recruiting, compliance, and internal systems
Investor relations: Keep materials sharp, data clean, and help refine our story as we grow and fundraise
Commercial support: Research, outreach prep, pitch decks, market intelligence, and design partner coordination
About You
Comfortable with Excel, Slides, and financial models
Diligent, focused, and eager to work with founders who move quickly
You solve problems without clear instructions and ship fast without sacrificing quality
